YTO marine diesel engine is a kind of high-speed and light-type, low-emission,
low-noise, energy-saving, high horsepower product. The engine features compact, reliable,
economy, fuel consumption and emission reach international advanced level, stable operation,
easy maintenance and repair and compliant with IMO emission requirement.
This series of marine diesel engines cover the wide power and speed scopes, with output
power ranges being 35～60kW, rotation speed 1500～2000r/min.
Application field
YTO series marine diesel engine is widely applied in different kinds of high-speed ships,
such as patrol boat, yacht, crew boat, service boat, fishing boat, military and police vessels,
freighters, ferries, cargo boat, tugboat and other medium-size and small-size ships’ propulsive
sources and marine power station’s power sources.
The engine can be used for both river and short trip coastal vessels.
It is an ideal power for high-speed and high-performance vessels

endurance, such as firm in-line iron casting’s cylinder block, frame type alloy cast-iron cylinder
head, wet type alloy cast-iron cylinder liner, forging reinforced crankshaft, crankshaft bearing and
connecting-rod bearing with strong bearing capacity, water-cooled exhaust manifold etc. Moreover,
complete electronic monitored instrument ensures the diesel engine’s safe operation.
Low Noise, Low Emission and Good Environmental Protection
Optimized combustion system and advances turbocharged intercooler technology reduce the
pressure’s rising rate during the combustion period, and make combustion mild. With
high-precision machined parts and components, the engine runs quietly and smoothly and its noise
is extremely low, its emission reaches the requirements of International Maritime Organization
(IMO). Closed type crankcase ventilation system makes the environment around the engine
reaches the high environment protection index.
